There's nothing more nerve racking than waiting for the funds from your NFT sale. Below, we'll make sure to reflect some accurate timetables, and possible trouble shooting if you still haven't seen the proceeds from your sale yet.
Stripe is indeed our partner for Authorized Selling, but not all sale proceeds go the account you've connected to Stripe. If the collector you sold your NFT to purchased with their Balance(this includes Nifty Balance, prepaid eth balance, and Gemini Balance), those funds will be directly, and immediately transferred to your Nifty Balance.
If a collector purchases your NFT with a card, you will be paid directly to the account you've connected to your Stripe account, which you can check by going here > Open Dashboard.
Proceeds can take 3 - 5 Business(no weekends or holidays included) Days to reflect in the account you've linked to your Stripe profile.
Only while selecting Global Offers can you choose how you'd like your payment to be distributed, as Global Offers will tell you the type of currency the offer reflected would be paid out with.
All sales from collectors who paid with a card, that result in proceeds that exceed $10,000 USD must be transferred to a Bank Account, and will not be transferred if a card is on file with Stripe. If you find yourself selling an NFT, and your proceeds exceed $10,000, you'll be paid out a couple of business days after you've updated your Stripe profile to reflect a bank account, if your initial method was connected to a card.
There will be no additional delay if a bank account was already your default payout method at the time of sale.
If you have any additional questions in regard to your payouts, please reach out to us here.
