Nifty Gateway Studio (NGS) Employee Participation Policy (updated Jan. 31, 2022) - w. Edits
As the NFT ecosystem continues to grow and evolve, it’s absolutely critical that we (all of us) make choices that protect the future of this community, and continue to establish it as a fair and equitable space for both collectors and artists.
This begins with our employees and our leadership teams. And with that we’ll continue to update this policy as the ecosystem evolves - the full policy is outlined below.

NGS Drop Participation:
- NGS and Gemini Employees are precluded from participation in drawingstyle drops (including packs)
- NGS and Gemini Employees are precluded from participation in silent auctions(normal auctions are allowed)
- NGS and Gemini Employees may only purchase from First Come First Serve drops, if the drop has been open for at least 10 minutes
- NGS Employees have a mandatory holding period of 30 days following any primary market acquisition on NGS.
Other Activity:
- NGS employees are not allowed to accept gift from clients, business partners, artists, or any party which may represent a conflict of interest for the business, for more information re: what may present a conflict of interest, please see Employee Handbook
- Under no circumstances may confidential information be used to benefit employees personally- collecting or otherwise, on NGS or other platforms.
- NGS Employees are precluded from using personal accounts to execute any actions on behalf of NGS, our artists or our collectors. Including, but not limited to — withdrawals, transfers, trades, private sales, purchases, financial transactions, receipt or transfer of funds, absentee drop participation, etc.
If an employee does not adhere to these policies, that employee must forfeit any profits associated with the transaction in question, will be subject to a 30-day account suspension, and/or disciplinary action.
