Creating a Gemini Self Custody wallet to withdraw your NFTs

  1. Log into niftygateway.com and click on “Withdraw NFTs”
  2. In your collection, click on the item you wish to withdraw and select “Withdraw."
  3. From there, you’ll be taken to the item’s withdrawal page to complete. Click on “Connect Wallet”
  4. A popup will appear and click on “Get your Gemini Wallet”

  1. You will be redirected to onchain.gemini.com on a new tab. Click on “Get your Gemini Wallet” once more.
  2. Follow the instructions to create a new Gemini Wallet

  1. After you created your Gemini Wallet, copy your Wallet Redress. You will use this address in the previous tab showing the Withdrawal page on Niftygateway.com. In the Portfolio tab -> click on "Receive" -> “Copy”

  1. Now go back to the previous tab showing the Withdrawal page on niftygateway.com of the item you wish to withdraw. Click on the “Withdraw To” field and select “Enter Address Manually”. You will be asked to enter your Wallet Address twice for security purposes.

  1. Proceed to select which payment option you wish to do (Credit Card, ETH, Gemini Balance, and Nifty Balance are supported). This is for a small transaction fee the Blockchain charges, and not Nifty Gateway. If you change between payment options, you will be asked to enter the Withdrawal address again.
  2. Confirm your Withdrawal, and you will be able to view the status of your withdrawal.

  1. After the withdrawal is complete, you can view your NFT in your Gemini Self Custody Wallet by logging into onchain.gemini.com. If you don’t see your NFT there, you may have to go to Settings -> uncheck “Hide Spam NFTs”

Alternatively, if you don't want to enter your address manually:

  1. After you created your Gemini Wallet, go back to the previous tab showing the Withdrawal page on niftygateway.com of the item you wish to withdraw. Click on “Connect Wallet”.
  2. Select “Other Wallets” -> “Gemini”
  3. You will be prompted to connect the Nifty Gateway to your Gemini Wallet. Please follow the instructions to do so

  1. On the Withdrawal page on niftygateway.com, you should now see that your Gemini Wallet is connected to niftygateway.com. As an added security measure, we require verification of your connected wallet (this is the case with any self-custodial wallet). Click the link to verify your wallet.

  1. Make sure you do not have popup blockers on this page. If so, allow for popups, and click the link again. You should see this in a new browser tab. Deploy the wallet (this is a one time step with the Gemini wallet). After you have successfully deployed, click on “Sign”

  1. After the transaction is complete, you can confirm if your wallet has been verified by going back to Niftygateway.com -> Settings -> External Wallet

  1. Now go back to the previous tab showing the Withdrawal page on niftygateway.com of the item you wish to withdraw. You will notice that you “Withdraw to” automatically has the wallet address you just connected.

  1. Proceed to select which payment option you wish to do (Credit Card, ETH, Gemini Balance, and Nifty Balance are supported). This is for a small transaction fee the Blockchain charges, and not Nifty Gateway. If you change between payment options, you will be asked to enter the Withdrawal address again.
  2. Confirm your Withdrawal, and you will be able to view the status of your withdrawal.
